Today We're making Monster Cupcakes. It's a bit easier than making a whole cake and a lot less of a hassle.
Cake -
1Cup Flower
1Cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Instant coffee
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
1 Large Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup boiling water
Butter Cream Filling -
3 cups confectioners' Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
Monster Extract (gel food coloring)
2 Tbs Milk
Whipped topping -
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 1/2 Tbs Cocoa Powder
2 1/2 Tbs Sugar
Vanilla optional
